James Shives is responsible for budgeting, overseeing, and documenting all aspects of a given construction project throughout the project pipeline. He is also responsible for sourcing high quality vendors to take on extensive contracts.

James started his career in multifamily real estate in 2010 as a part time technician. With hard work, firm dedication, and a love for project management, he has been able to further his career and successfully complete multi-million-dollar projects throughout North Carolina. He has overseen multiple interior and Capex portfolios within the multifamily industry in North Carolina and now expanding to Georgia.

James is a father of three and a husband of 11 years. In his free time, he loves to spend as much time with his family with an occasional round of golf.
