Andrew serves as the Director of Transactions for Nighthawk Equity. In this role, he leads the acquisitions process which includes sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities. In addition, he oversees the financing and disposition of portfolio assets. He brings extensive experience in all stages of the deal lifecycle, particularly in the multifamily space.

Prior to joining Nighthawk, Andrew was Vice President of CRE Debt & Equity at Northmarq, a nationwide capital markets provider. There, he arranged senior and mezzanine debt, preferred equity, and JV equity for owners of commercial and multifamily real estate. During his tenure, he helped secure over $500 million of financing from Life Insurance Companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, CMBS, Debt Funds, and Institutional Equity partners.

Andrew holds a B.S. in Finance & Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and exploring new destinations with his wife.
