Before joining Nighthawk Equity, James held an Area Manager position with a construction renovation company overseeing multiple projects at one time. Prior to that, James held several different managerial positions with residential, multifamily and commercial construction companies. James graduated from American Public University with a bachelor’s in business administration.

In his free time, James enjoys family outings, his daughters’ track meets, traveling and completing small projects around the house.
